About this event
This fantastic online cooking event featured the wonderful Maria Socratous, author of two cookery books, who guided participants through creating a delicious and unique spinach pie, perfect for the Greek Orthodox fasting period, and just as tasty all year round.
Participants joined via Zoom, received the recipe in advance, and cooked along with Maria in real time.
For those who missed the live session, the recording and recipes remain available, allowing everyone to enjoy Maria’s expert guidance at their own pace.
All donations supported the Alkionides UK ‘Nest’, providing free accommodation and essential help to Cypriot patients and families receiving medical treatment in the UK.
